Yes, we handle everything for you and it can all be done without you stepping foot in our shop. You can place an order online or over the phone, whichever you prefer, and from there, you'll receive an email with a link to fill out your transferee information (contact info, upload your photo, upload your trust (if you are transferring into one). The photo can be taken with a smartphone. Just stand in front of a white/light colored background and have someone take your photo from the shoulders up. For the fingerprints, you'll also receive an email from us with detailed information about them, but in short, you can have those taken at IdentoGO if they have a location near you (https://uenroll.identogo.com/workflows/1111G2/locator/location) or at your local police station. And the great part is that we keep everything on file, so if you purchase again, you won't need to worry about getting any documents to us.

Absolutely. Since you've already purchased from us, we've got everything we need on file. It's just an online or phone order and digital signature. If you hadn't purchased, you could do the prints and photo remotely and send them our way. When it's approved, you can either drive up to the shop or we can do that paperwork remotely and mail it to your residence.
