There's no doubt that the spicy chicken sandwich came directly from the Lord. The service is always on point and it sets them apart from every other restaurant out there. Not just fast food

Stood in line alone for a good 5 minutes with at least 3 free managers staring at me behind the counter refusing to do anything, then they all clocked out to sit at table together. Would've ignored it if one of them didn't walk up in front of me and ask for food from the kitchen, immediately receiving it and going back to said table to eat it and all laugh together, all the while still no one will take my order. Rude

The experience was not good at all. I went on my b-day and I had the app, but they would not let me use the rewards, even though that is what the rewards are for. They also had rude employees, who would laugh whenever me and my friends tried to talk. They also poured out the Oreo milkshake, and then told us that the ice cream machine was down, and then watched her serve the people in front of us a milk shake after. They also wouldn’t give us our money Back and told us we would not get it until 3-5 days. However, it was only the Melbourne mall that was a bad experience.

They wear masks and plexi glass between you and them. Gloves. No contact
