Im only giving one star because i cant give zero! Absolutely unacceptable! Gave me a burnt cold chicken patty and cold fries, ask for fresh product and got the same result a second time! And attitudes from the employees! My whole family's food was the same! Worst experience ever!

Literally THE WORST McDonalds ever. They ALWAYS get online orders incorrect, and who ever is taking orders at the drive through, has the worst attitude. If you hate your job that much, get a different one. It sounds like she’s angry that people are showing up to order food.

They started kicking people out for a little if you didn't have a mask but now it looks like it did before covid as far as how many people are inside at a time. Maybe half the people are wearing masks when they're not eating.
Yes, they do train their employees. I've seen too many classes being held just walking into the their restaurants. There's no excuse for a manager or any employee for that matter to be rude to the customers. I apologize for her actions. Have a great day!
