THE BESSSST!! We can't get enough of the sirloin-stuffed jalapeño poppers, the brisket Cheddar burger patties, and the raw beef femurs for the houndo. Everything is super! ProTip: go with the raw femurs, always, not the smoked (the smoked ones splinter & chip really easily), and have them slice the bones into chunks a couple/few inches long; store them in the freezer. Recently I bought a 5# pork butt and they were kind enough to cut the whole thing into 2-3 inch chunks for me (rad enough on its own, but it was also 30 minutes until closing - soooo appreciated!!) I can't imagine asking HEB to do that.

No I'm sorry we do not make custom sausage or blood sausage .
Yes we can do beef pork and deer grinds except poultry , it could lead to cross contamination . Sadly we do not carry blood sausage , but we we do have an excellent assortment of sausage !!
