A marvelous sales associate named Maria provided us with expert consultative services on the purchase of a small sectional for our shared work space at home. She helped us located a large ottoman and a small ottoman supporting a chaise lounge with three adjacent seats. It was comfortable and stylish and we were confident it would last for a good long while. Following the initial wonderful transaction with Maria, we had a series of frustrating problems. However, Managers Jess, Dave, and Randy were fantastic in getting matters resolved in our favor and to our satisfaction. We will shop at Raymour and Flanagan again.

Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
