Went there with my mom and sisters to find dresses for my brothers wedding and fell in love with the ones we chose! The lady was super helpful and the man was very nice and helped us as well with our payments. Definitely gonna come here again if I ever need another dress.

UPDATED: From prom in 2018 to our wedding in 2022, Shangri-la has been the absolute best company to help us celebrate big moments! I bought my prom dress from Shangri-la, and my husband and groomsmen rented their wedding suits from Shangri-la. Their service is nothing short of impeccable. On both prom and wedding occasions, we came to the store a bit stressed after not having luck looking other places. Shangri-la took away all our stress and made us feel so confident in what we were wearing on the special days. Specifically for the wedding suit- Shangri-la was the first place to offer measuring and tailoring for ALL the rental suits, making sure every suit fit the groom and groomsmen perfectly. After looking for months trying to find wedding suit rentals, we were in a tight time crunch, and Shangri-la did everything in their power to work with our schedule (even keeping their business hours late one night). The suits looked AMAZING, and they were also the best for our budget!! Best of both worlds. I wish I could keep going on how much this business has had such an impact on some of the most treasured days of my life. Thank you for being the golden standard for what business should look like! 2018: Thank you for helping me find my dream dress! Of all the places I looked for dresses at, Shangri-la by far had the best customer service. If you’re looking for the perfect dress, Shangri-la is definitely the place to go!
