I went in looking for a dress the older gentleman was there he started yelling at us because we were taking to long looking I tried to tell him I was looking for a dress for my daughters wedding and I wasn't going to rush myself I was taking my time looking for the perfect dress he continued to raise his voice I was very upset at how terrible customer service they have this place shouldn't even be in business

If I could give this place a -100 I would! I walked in with high hopes and left the store demanding a refund for the pressured service, as well as a screaming match why we wanted our refund. DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Your money will be better spent somewhere else don’t let them fool you saying that they are cheaper than other places!

The female stylist who helped with my wedding in 2009 was awesome. When I went back in April 2018 to look for a dress for my son's wedding, I got less than good service. I felt like I was an intruder. I purchased my gown elsewhere and won't be going back to Eduardo's. Ever.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Distancing and mask is required. When my granddaughter and I were there there was only 1 other customer and 3 employees but the were on the other side of the store behind the counter and wearing face masks.

If my wedding is canceled can we get our deposit on our suits back

I don't know. Have to contact store. My daughter and I went to the location on San Pedro avenue we had the greatest wedding dress shopping experience there and we ultimately did buy from there.
