I want to say that I have been waiting on my couch and loveseat since Feb. I was told then it would be the first of Aug. I have NEVER been called by anyone in the store to give me updates on my furniture. I call and I’ve been give all kinds of answers. It’s in the warehouse, it’s been shipped, etc. Finally got hold of the manger that sold it to me, that is now the manager her and he tells me it might not of even been started yet. He gets updates daily!! That crazy!!!

Experience was fine until sale made. After that customer service was nonexistent. Still trying to get part of our order after 6 months. No phone calls are ever returned. Never buying from them again

I have a lazy boy recliner that is about 4 years old and my 3 position footrest is stuck in position and won’t release. I went by the store in Webster to get information about where I could get it fixed. They gave me a 800 telephone number to call. I called them to see about getting my chair fixed. They told me it would cost $100 dollars to pick up, $100 to return $180 per hour to fix plus parts-ridiculous! So I figured out what parts I needed to fix it myself and called the 800 number back with the part number and they told me that they couldn’t use the number and that I needed to take a picture of the part and send it to them???? This is Not good service and will probably never buy your product again.

If you bought it new from Lazy Boy and it is under warranty, then check with them.

Yes ... But make sure you sit n ✔ the chair out really, really good !
Find a professional upolster. I'm sure they can do it but it might be cheaper to buy a new one.
