A horrible experience. Visitied there for help only to get assisted by an employee who was distant and really not interested in helping anybody with anything. After leaving the next day found out just with the brief visit just how much damage this Clown ox an employee had literally done.To start he lied directly about what he was going to do,faked taking a payment, didn't set up my auto draft.So summing it up.It ended up being a total waste of Time and a disaster for my account which took 45 minutes to an hour on the phone with customer service 611 to fix what he had obviously done.The lesson I learned talk to a manager never an employee who is just there taking up your valuable time,getting paid for doing nothing 😕.

I was in the area and needed a protective case for my new phone. This isn't my usual store, but I was greeted and helped immediately upon entering the store. In and out in less than about 3 minutes with exactly what I needed. I'll be back to this store next time I need anything.
