They were professional, efficient and a lot more careful than we expected. They took great care not to damage anything. They were also very flexible with the price and there were no additional charges.

It could not have been a better experience. Very efficient. Despite having no directions they knew what to do and how to get the job done and at the lowest price I was quoted. I will definitely be using them again!

Yup! They will sell you, & then cheat you!

Contact? You can't contact them - the only way to get a live person is to call the sales department. But then they will tell you they don't deal with that ask you to hold - leave you there until it says everyone is busy leave a message - then will never return your calls. So fun when your belongings are stolen and no one will take any responsibility or any remorse ... so heartless to make a 60+ grandmother retrieve her things from police then drive a rental truck alone from Seattle to Florida with her sad bits of broken things. Now recompense, no remorse. Not even an apology.

When will my stuff be delivered?

If your case is anything like mine - NEVER. All my belongings were stolen and the police at my pick up city located them. Perennial essentially said I was "lying" about it - refused to compensate me for flying from Florida to Seattle to reclaim my life - and all the costs involved. Nor did they have any place/way to claim recompense for lost/damaged/stolen belongings.
