Yes. 100$ shop minimum
State of Florida requires a notarized form for minors the age of 16 or 17. You can come by the shop to pick up the form to be notarized before getting tattooed. Anything younger than 16 we are not legally able to tattoo.
No idea what an LED tattoo is. Black light tattoo ink maybe? No, we do not. Sorry.
Idk, we were only intrested in tats. Between my daughter, niece and myself we got 5! Awesome work.
