Not a mean bone in any of their staff members, seriously genuine and friendly people. Compensation is excellent in my opinion, and saved me from being evicted. Very accommodating when I need to shift my scheduled stays, even when I give fairly short notice. If you actually must complain about the food - you’ve never struggled. Overall I’ve had a great experience throughout my stays. I couldn’t recommend it more!

The staff is great and all but I think they got an upper management issue went three times to screen and the third time they told me they messed andtold me my screening blood and plasma everything else was lost on the way to test it there results take way too long they don't call you back and the upper management is unprofessional and sloppy the floor staff are great but overall do not recommend this place

I’ve done a couple research studies here, and had good experiences. The staff are very friendly and hardworking folks. If you qualify to participate in a study it’s a great opportunity to make a lot of money. But you have to be really flexible. You are never guaranteed and can be sent home at any time. So it’s not the most reliable thing. But if it works out, it’s great. My only real complaint is the food. Seriously the menu is disgusting. I’d rather eat microwave meals or cafeteria food. The place that caters for them is atrocious. I loose weight every time because the food is barely edible. I get more satisfaction out of eating the tiny bag of cheap fruit snacks they give you like once a week than the “meals” that they provide. I really wish they would consider other catering options. Basically anything else would be better.

They had a COVID19 treatment study at one point, but not a vaccine one. Call their number and they'll tell you what they have currently
I have a laptop, a tablet and some books to help pass the time. They allow you to bring a gaming console also.
Hi Bruce we do not allow outside visitors.
It depends on the study. Majority of our studies are for healthy volunteers and they do not allow smoking.
You won't be paid any portion of the compensation until after you get discharged. Per their current policy, they have up to 30 days to pay you. What a ripe off!
They will prescreen you before any study. Each has their own criteria.
It all depends on what studies are running, and which study you end up qualifying for. They all have different compensation amounts. Call the main office number and get in touch with recruiting, they can help you out. The website also has a list of studies that are going on and how much they pay
You can read through them, it isn't reflective of their time in the clinic.
Each one is different. Look on their site or call.
