Bought the lens cleaning kit...lol Must be worth about 5 bucks. What a clip. Very disappointed in value for 15 dollars I thought you got more then some spray..and a small micro fiber cloth and bag. BUT if you look that's what is described...so I learned to pay more attention...

I visited the Palm Beach Gardens store a week ago as a walk in for an eye exam but did not have an appointment but we were in the mall so I decided to drop in. I was informed that the Dr. was not in that day and was given an appointment for today 7/19/22 at 11:05am. The mall is not close and I was there before the store front opened at 11:00am. I had received emails and text reminding me of the appointment. When I walked in I was told the Dr. was not in on this day and they verified I had an appointment for today that they gave me. Why would you give someone an appointment when the examiner would not be there. All I got was we’re sorry no other consolation for my wasted trip and gas. So as far as I’m concerned Warby Parker is out and I’m never returning there. I would give it a negative star if I could. They wasted my time.

Purchased some new prescription frames today! Everyone was very helpful from the moment I walked in. I didn't see what I was looking for on the shelves and the manager was able to find exactly what I was looking for in the books below the shelves. Start to finish the process was seamless. Would definitely come here again to purchase glasses!
