I am giving a review for HR. I worked at this facility 2021, and have been struggling to get my W2 so I can file my taxes. I called two weeks ago on numerous occasions just to get the run around. I visited their site yesterday, only to be told that HR is unavailable due to a call out and to leave my name and number. Their payroll system is saying my credentials are wrong and is not logging me in to view my W2. I am still unsure as to why they cannot simply take the time to help me log in to their website. Poor customer service. Greenridge, unacceptable. Please do better. Unfortunately, I would not recommend : ( p.s I am still needing help accessing my W2 on paylocity.

Toxic! Save yourself the stress, anxiety, frustration, and heartache, and DO NOT WORK HERE. Since the current owners took over, this building has gone down the drain. Turnover is extremely high (5 executive directors and 7 resident care coordinators just in the last 1.5 years, and countless care staff). Pay is stagnant and under the industry standard; staff do not get shift differential, hazard pay, or any kind of bonus for the almost daily call outs they are expected to cover. You DO NOT get out of work on time, are frequently told to do the LPN and RCC's work, and are expected to go against all basic healthcare training and ethics to cover countless errors and shady business practices. They employ terrible neglectful caregivers (Angie, Haley, Yaya, Scott) who leave residents soaked in urine while they sit around on their phones or eating at the desk. The newer med techs (Sean, Tracie, Chrysta, JK) are incompetent and spend most of their time smoking and gossiping out back, instead of tending to residents. The RCC Renea is lazy and heartless, complains about covering shifts, leaves med keys to caregivers, and doesn't actually care about the residents. Established staff who have been dedicated and loyal for years have had their schedules completely changed (from day to swing, weekends to weekdays, etc) without any notice or consideration for their other jobs. The LPN Katie seems to think it's a memory care and she can strip residents of their rights, dignity, and independence. The food is atrocious, the ant and fruit fly problem is rampant due to poor cleaning practices, and the executive director, Monique, would rather hide in her office and claim to be "out for the day" than address the real problems. The only bright spots to working here were the few staff who actually cared (Quinn, Kyle, Zach, Rebecca, Rody, Alissa, Katie S, Ismael, Cindy), most of whom have already been pushed out by the new staff. The residents here deserve far better than what they are getting, and it is sad to see what has become of what was once a wonderful place.

The staff is fantastic and management cares deeply about each and every resident. They strive to give the best possible care every day while keeping residents safe during Covid. I would absolutely recommend this facility to any friends or family that need assisted living care.

The staff at Greenridge Estates has had a massive turnover over the past three years and the change is definitely for the worse. The new staff members do not treat residents with dignity, respect, or care. They are also disrespectful, cold, and downright rude to family members. The facility itself is fine, but our older loved ones deserve more than just an okay room. With the rates charged at Greenridge, everything from the food to the level of care should be much better. There certainly is no love at Greenridge from the majority of the staff members (Ashley and Katie are particularly rude and actually cruel and Quinn is rude and uncaring). There are a few caring folks there (Danielle, Andrea, Cindy), but management is weak and passive and do not take action when an issue is brought to their attention. Family members should be able to trust the staff to treat their loved ones residing at Greenridge with care and dignity. When that doesn’t happen and it is brought to management’s attention to no avail, that trust is breached. The business structure at Greenridge is fundamentally broken in that way. Please look elsewhere for an assisted living home for your loved one. This place isn’t it. What I don’t understand is why the majority of the staff have chosen to work in nursing/care-giving field. They do not have the compassion, temperament, or skills to do the job and treat residents with dignity and kindness. Another family member whose loved one passed away while living at Greenridge explained to me that the management staff and many of the lower-level staff members who work with residents (like Ashley and Katie) didn’t even bother to offer condolences. The deceased resident’s family member even sensed that these employees were gleeful about the resident’s death, which is despicable. No family member should be made to feel that way, and imagine how the resident felt having to rely on such cold-hearted people for care. It’s a pity that the management doesn’t appreciate the value of quality care and the importance of retaining staff who aren't black-hearted and mean. Such a disgrace.
