My apartment complex unfortunately contracts with these guys. They are rude and disrespectful. The guy recently barged into my apartment without even knocking. When I asked him to back up so I could at least put a mask on (there's a pandemic going on, hello) he started ranting to his buddy about how "people ignore their mail and act like they don't know we're coming". Actually, the complex told us they would be here "anytime between 8 am and 6 pm" so no, I can't be ready for people to come walking in for ten hours straight. I have other things to do. If you have a choice, go with a different company. If you are a manager here reading this, maybe talk to your employees about respecting people's homes. And no, there was no "miscommunication", and there was no way these people could know which complex I am in, so their response is just nonsense.

Great company! After finding out the company that was supposed to be doing my inspections really wasn’t doing them (properly) the Fire Marshal was about to shut my businesses down. I called WSFP to see if they could jump on testing and repairing my systems quickly to stay compliant, and they helped my situation out immensely by working all weekend. In addition, they took care of the fire alarms as well. They even called the Fire Marshal direct to update him on the systems. I can’t thank this group enough.

Charged me $482.00 to replace two smoke detector batteries while I was out of town. Had my wife sign the work order.

Travis and Cory were a huge help! They saved me thousands of dollars on a problem I had with Fire Marshal. They provided a solution to my problem that the competitors didn't even think of. Highly recommend WSFP! A plus team. A plus service!

Do you re-certify fire extinguishers?

Unfortunately, we do not re-certify for extinguishers. We can inspect them, but it makes more sense to include it as part of multiple scope inspections, otherwise there is a minimum trip charge. In most instances, we have found it is more cost effective to replace extinguishers with a new one.
