I just got my puppy in June and was searching for vets to take her to. I got lots of different recommendations for different places but, I chose Banfield because not only is it close to my home but, the way the staff treated me on the phone even before my puppy was seen by them. I stopped in just to ask some questions and they where very professional. The Vet that took care of my puppy was very understanding about all of my concerns and you could tell they really cared. Everything that was done was explained to me in details. I hope one day they will start allowing you to be with your pet when they are doing their exams etc. Glad I chose them.

I took our dog in for a routine vaccine. I also wanted his nails clipped. The front staff was beyond helpful! They didn't charge me for his nail clipping. It was a nice surprise at the end of the visit! I used that money and paid it forward (almost immediately) when I saw someone in a bind. They are a great group of employees. Exceptional customer service. And their kindness allowed me to to help someone else! Kudos to your staff!!

You pay for your initial visit, then monthly pending the health plan you have chosen.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Yes, unless you have CareCredit
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
If you sign her up for the wellness plan it's included. Not sure if there's a age limit for the kitten program.
