A very good experience checking out and checking in my rental car. I forgot to remove my $80 iPhone holder and wireless charger. It would be nice if Enterprise could mail it. Otherwise I enjoyed my rental experience. And, I will certainly rent from Enterprise again.

After making a reservation 2 months in advance and never receiving a confirmation email, I made another reservation the Monday before needing the passenger van on a Saturday. I then called to confirm that I didn't have 2 reservations. The girl I spoke with confirmed I did, so cancelled my first reservation. On Thursday afternoon I received a call from a man who said they were canceling my reservation for that Saturday due to the fact I had just made the reservation on that Monday. I explained what happened and his response was pretty much tough luck. When I told him the situation I was now in, he said he'd call around and call me back in 45 mins. Guess what? No phone call....I will never use this excuse for a rental company ever again!

They tried to get us into a dinky economy hatchback even though we paid for a full size. I complained and the manager came through with a nice new Camry. Happy for now.
