Place is nice , open 24 hours ,parking lot is good and free , fishing area is great ! Picnic area available and playground for little kids is available !

Cant speak for the facility, but the public fishing access right below it is pretty awesome. A playground for the kids, as well as plenty of parking and some decent views of the Catawba River, and the HydroElectric Dam. River has some huge catfish in it. Open to public 24 hours.
