We recently rented and had a mechanical problem with the car enroute to our destination. We called ahead to the next enterprise location to advise. Customer Service was excellent. Even though we were delayed 2 hrs due to the change out and hitting rush hour traffic we were trying to avoid, the situation was handled cheerfully and professionally. What was more impressive was the follow up to make sure the new car was working and that we reached our destination ok. We’ll done Enterprise. On return, there was voluntary compensation for our trouble and delay. Much appreciated.

The first car I picked-up had a very shaky front end and was kind of dirty. I called the branch where I got the car from and the manager told me to bring it back and they would get me in a safe car. They did a great job. They got me into a wonderful car immediately. Excellent customer service!
