Management is friendly and polite. Grounds are clean and we'll maintained. Pool is clean and we'll cared for as is the gym. Equipment is clean and in good repair. Has been a good home to my daughter for going in two years.

The monthly rent is $1000. That is getting really expensive when your monthly allowance is only $1667.

Questions & Answers

I saw some reviews saying that utilities are really high because the buildings are old. Can anyone tell me about how much you spend on utilities per month so we can figure out whether we can afford it?

Age of a building is irrelevant. Besides that new buildings are made cheaper and from lesser quality materials with fresh paint so you think they are better. But your utilities being the go/no-go decision. I don't think you are financially ready for your own place. 100 bucks a month about.
