There is not supposed to be any smoking in the apartment, on the balconies, or within 25 feet of any buildings. The carport is okay, there are no cigarette receptacles, so there are usually cigarette butts everywhere.
Yes, but there are a lot of people who don't follow the 25 feet away rule. They can't smoke in their apartments.
I m down to two cig a day from 1 n ahalf or 2 pks aday this seems it would make it easier to not want to.
