Discriminate values held against the disabled and service animal dependant at this company and facility. Just horrible treatment and eviction over service animal on property doing nothing but his job bothering no one it's unbelievable and wrong just wrong

Woman who runs the front desk is extremely unreasonable! My sons have storage units there. Unfortunately, they live out of town because they are doing military training. When I've tried to pay on the accounts she won't let me. So, my sons added me to their accounts, when I ask for the gate sequence, she won't give it to me. Her husband is always helpful, but she is just ridiculous! I've had to go down to the corporate office to get help. Can't wait till our last unit is closed. I would never use this storage facility again!
