Appearances are deceiving. Their staff will tell you what they want you to hear. When I signed the contract, the staff did NOT tell me the security system was not working. In December 10 units were broken into and because the cameras weren't working the thief got away with it. When my unit was broken into their hard drive only held 13 days of video. Did there terrific staff tell you about all the break ins they have and that your monthly charge will only include 13 days of security? You can check with the Police Department to verify all the reports. If you want to give them more money to insure your unit and not be told about your unit when it's broken into until it's to late to get the thief, then do so. They can't even afford a postcard to notify you when they have to put their lock on your unit that has had the lock cut off. My information was up to date. I believe it's an inside job. Good luck.
