I just came from the storage where the hours listed said it was open, but wasn't let in and was told rudely that it was close I'm tired of going to this place and it always says closed but it should be open I want my money back and go to a different storage

I been calling the office for 3 days to make my monthly payment as I always do unprofessional and by the time they answer the phone I will be late and they will charge me a late fee Frustrating I finally got to make my payment at 4:07 i tried to explain to her that I didn't get a statement for Sept she hung up on me I called back and she hung up on me again I will be removing my belongings and going somewhere else I don't have time for unprofessionalism

We were told they have very secure system and we have an trailer parked there. Last year we had someone brake the lock and this year we found it completely open and someone slept in it they even used the bathroom in it!!!! I am so beyond disappointed 😞 and when you tell the person in the office they say there is nothing they can do about it so much for the security system they have. They gave us a key to the gate and "its always supposed to be locked and we always find it open and without lock. This is not a secure storage.

Friendly staff. They have older units that need some maint. work on them. Located next to Police gun range makes me feel a little more at ease of not getting my unit broken into. They are the lowest cost i have come across in this city. I just wish they had onsite 24 hour staff and a guard dog that would rip a would be burglar's head off. I had my unit at another storage facility broken into by the manager who quickly quit her job when i knew it was her who robbed my unit and she has not been seen since.
