I work at this location and would like to shed some light on these 1 star reviews… First of all, we have customer service, constantly bouncing around to make sure we’re helping all the customers, so many times if we’re looking at you, we’re trying to figure out if you’ve been helped yet, and if so, why it was you were looking for so we can help you further. Our company is NOT commission based, we just have a high standard of service. As for the racist comments, I can assure you we have a diverse staff and Coach prides itself on being open to all, anyone with that attitude would not be tolerated; and we only “watch” guests that we have actually seen trying to conceal merchandise, otherwise we treat everyone the same as any other paying customer.

She finally picked out a purse she liked and it was a Coach. Everyone working was very attentive and the shelves were needed and tended to. Once we were in line to check out a nice young lady grabbed a fresh purse out of the back of the store that had not been handled by so many people. Everything was on sale and looked to be a very good deal. They also had package deals with matching wallets.

If you want anything coach at a great discount price here’s the place to go. Usually everything on sale and then get extra 20% more or if Christmas time and you don’t care to wait can buy 5-6 purses for price of one… seriously!!
