Rick’s service center was amazing! I was on vacation, 10 hours from home, in the mountains and my rear brakes went bad. They were able to get me in right away with no disruption of my vacation. Prices were reasonable and it only took an hour and a half.

From out of town and camping at Dumplin Valley RV park. We were shopping in Sevierville when we noticed coolant pouring from underneath the truck. Found Ricks thru recommendation from a friend at the RV Park. Made it to their shop and within they had it on the rack and told me what was wrong. The service girl told me the estimated time and cost. They came in under on both time and cost. Big thanks to Ricks Service Center. Friendly and professional.
