Went to unload there. Appt. was for 11:00. I was there at 10:00. Waited 8 hours Just to get me a door and another 10 hours to unload me. I was out at 4:00 next morning. 18 hours to be unloaded does not sound right. One star Just for providing a restroom and parking spot. ......one year later.... I had delvery for a second time in Sept.2022 to same facility. A lot better this time. Arrived at 16:00 for 17:00 appt. They started unloading me at 18:00 and I was done in one hour. I had my BOLs at 19:15... Good improvement... There was a driver in the office complaining that it took them 8 hours to load him and hi is going to be late for his appt. at Walmart DC in Chayenne,WY.

I Never Come back in my life here ,very bad company I have a appointment 5am in morning i checkin 3 clock and they told me your confirmation number is not good then i gave them other Good number and they told me you missed you appt after that i make other appointment at 4pm my broker told me you have a appt at 4pm and still wait 9’pm
