They typically aim for more vintage or antique pieces, but they do have a substantial clothing section. It wouldn't hurt to go to their consignment office and speak with them, but there is no guarantee that the dress will sell. You may have better luck with Closet Revival or another store that buys the items outright.

It seems I remember seeing a sign about either certain days or times when consignments were accepted, but I would call to verify. It is always a good idea to inventory and track your items. This will assure you know what you took in and at time intervals you can go back in to check what's left (and make a quick review - should anything get lost, mis-tallied to an incorrect owner or stolen) plus you'll see your own quick or slow sales trends which might help you consider what to bring in next time.
