Do not order for “pick-up in store today.” I placed an order online midday for “pick-up in store today” and filtered for items available at the St George store location. Received email confirmation items were ready at store for pickup that day, arrived at store 30min before closing, only 4/8 items were available and was told the website is incorrect, they are not in stock. Asked for refund for unavailable items but they were unable to refund me for them. I emailed customer service that evening and 5 days later i still have only been refunded for 1 of 4 unavailable items. Very frustrating when planning a supply pick up en route to a backpacking trip. I would have selected a different camping supply store earlier on my drive if I had known how unreliable their online ordering is.

Told by an employee as soon as they get reloading stuff somebody hire up ther is selling it to themselves and friends and that's why it's always out of stock. Sorry, NOT SORRY, but that's rude and shady.
