The wait was very long and it was very hot in there. However once I was seen the experience was better. I had a nurse who just did my height weight and blood pressure. He was very welcoming and funny. The Dr. Michael Richards was also kind and respectful. I am a muslim woman and he asked if i was comfortable with him checking me and if i wanted a woman in the room. He educated me on some things i had questions about. I was verry pleased with the both of them especially after sitting in anhot waiting room for an hr. Becausee they were so kind and welcoming I am giving 4 stars. They both deserve a 5 but the place needed to turn on the ac lol.

The only place in town to get quick professional care with results in minutes. I have a regular doctor but this place is even better. I was pleasantly surprised and will use again.

So horribly understaffed. Two days in a row came here and they wouldn't allow my niece to enter to get a physical because they were too busy. Even called 20 minutes before and they said they had availability.

Is testing free??

Kulah Kulahh | Oct 9, 2021
MedExpress Walk-In Care | Oct 9, 2021

When you visit MedExpress for a COVID-19 evaluation and testing, we will collect your co-pay and bill your insurance for the medical evaluation and treatment received from our medical professionals. If a COVID-19 test is ordered on your behalf, it will be an additional cost determined by your insurance company. Many health insurance companies across the country have stated that they will cover the full cost of any testing for COVID-19. However, if you have questions or concerns about your specific insurance plan, it is always a good idea to check with your insurance company to learn more. For those without insurance, self-pay services for the medical evaluation and treatment received from our MedExpress providers start at $119-$139 based on the state you are located in. This price does not include any fees incurred by our lab partner, LabCorp.
