We prefer this St. Christopher's location because it is convenient. The staff are helpful and the doctors are great, specifically, Dr. Varlotta in Pulmonary, and Dr. Fuld in Endocrinology.

Experience was interesting. The assistant who put us in a room first was extremely rude. She didn’t introduce herself and was very off putting. Time with the doctor was about five minutes long. There was an issue with the cast and it didn’t get addressed. An office manager never called me back about my concerns. They turn their answering machine on at 410pm when the office closes at 430pm. Very frustrating. Again, Called and left multiple messages about my sons cast and an issue it was causing. Ended up having to go to the ER to get the cast removed. And yet a week later NOT ONE PERSON Has reached out to me about any voicemails I left the office.

Every time we have an appointment Dr. WOLF IS 15 MIN TO 45 MIN LATE even when no one is waiting a d the office is empty. Why do they ask me to be there 15 min early if these schlubs are lazy and unorganized. Look at the other reviews. Im not the only one complaining about this lateness with an empty office with no other patients. What the hell people. Our time matters too. This is unacceptable. Especially when you hear them outside the office laughing and joking. You need to complain after 45 min and finally the doctor will show if you are lucky.
