My wife and I are currently working with Naca to purchase our first home, It is a great program to help people obtain a mortgage with no money down, no closing cost, no PMI and below market rates. There is no other mortgage assistance program that I know of that is better than Naca. It’s really a great program!

Working with NACA has been helpful in so many ways. We have been on a budget to ensure we can meet our budget goals to purchase a home. However the budge I’m certain we will keep in place even after our purchase! Just a reminder/piece of advice constantly keep your portal updated to make the process easier!

Good morning yes there is a Delaware office 800 French street and the go by FHA conforming loan limits which is about 484k but it's a different amount if it's a mixed use property such as commercial or a 4 unit bldg
I would like to buy a home would NACA help me find a place anywhere or do it have to be in Philadelphia and what would be the step to take
Yes they do..
Nobody is answering. Is there an email to get ahold of the Philadelphia branch that works? It keeps coming back as not valid email.
Yes, it's for all 50 states. It's a great program and i received my approval last week. I'm looking for a house now.
Naca.com and log into your web file.
It has to be pass 5 years
NACA does nit sale houses. You would look at them as the mortgage lender so they would offer you the mortgage. Once you are qualified, then you partner with a realtor like me who is experienced with the NACA mortgage (shameless plug 😅). I hope that helps. Cheers
