I don't recomend this place to anyone, customer service doesn't answer the phone , doctors don't return phone calls, my insurance company and I have tried to called them for a month about a pre authorisation letter for my insurance to get a test done and no response if you feel good and you can go in person to solve the problems it may be ok but if you have to call don't even try it

Dr. Prieto is amazing. He went out of his way to assist me and did so incredibly quickly. He was super thorough and truly seemed to care. I don't know why anyone would see another GI specialist.

Terrible billing services at this GI office!!!! You call their number and they just send you in a non-stop loop of waiting and voicemails with no call backs.

You can have your parking ticket validated at Jeff cost usually around $11
I am not sure I take the train into the city. There is a parking spot a few blocks away its 19$
There is valet parking available. They discount the rate for patients.
Call office,if your a drop off an pick up or someone stays in car not too bad,they have parking in their lot,go a lil early. Things change every day so call in advance
