Easy . . . . way easy. Recycle ♻️ anything for free. Pay $1.00 per bag for garbage ( 55 gal bag ). They even take paint. I cancelled my garbage man and just go here.! Thank you.

The electronic bin is always open when the main gate is open. They close at 3:30 sharp.
The electronics drop off is open every day during normal operating hours...

No they won't take wood planks. Best bet up rt 13 to Townsend transfer station
No charge for boxes. Their is a special dumpster for boxes.
You can dispose of cardboard and recyclables at the Cheswold site at no charge. You can also dispose of household trash, but there is a fee. They do not accept cash on site, for that you must contact De Solid Waste Authority and purchase a punch card. It costs $1.00 per large bag for trash disposal. The person on site can put you in contact with DSWA.
You can do so during normal business hours.
1st friday of every month
They do not take tires at the collection station. I'd recommend going to the Delaware Solid Waste Authority web site. You should be able to find where you can dispose of old tires.
