I've never seen staff more in need of a break in my life. Treated dumb by the receptionist, then treated rude by the scale girl. I guess you guys think its cute to talk down to new customers unaware of the procedures. How about some customer service training, I don't think the attitude is cute or funny. Maybe you owner's do...I guess in the scrap metal business you don't have to be professional. Give the two girls a week off, and then if they return, train them how to be appreciative of their jobs.
