Excellent customer service from Robert, the owner, and his staff. Purchased a wide tire Baja Trike after several visits to the store. Received a nice discount over the MSRP and what the larger multiple shop bicycle store down the street sold the bike for. Worked with Robert on desired bike accessories and their differences from each other, and got fitted with a helmet by another one of his staff. Robert even delivered the trike to my home, which was around 4-5 miles away because my route home would have been on some very busy city streets. Really looking forward to enjoying my new purchase!

Really wanted to spend some money here, drive across town to do so. Got here at 4:35, they close at 5 and the open sign was on…… Cars out back, all doors locked and won’t answer the phone. Bummer.

The guy that works the counter is very nice but the owner Robert is terrible!! The employee gave me a price on getting my grandsons tire fixed on his bike so I left the bike and Robert had the employee come get me out of my car before when I was leaving because Robert felt the price the employee gave me was too cheap and he wanted to charge me more money. I took the bike and went somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money going here.
