Dr. Nugent was exceptional. He made me feel comfortable, read my history, and engaged in Q&A to dig further. He answered my questions and elaborated comfortably in kitchen English. His treatment plan and explanation was clear and collaborative. Amy, my pulmonary tech, was warm and easy to work with. She explained the different portions, adjusted her pace to my comfort, and coached me through the PFT. Wait time was reasonable. I would return.

I made an appointment and saw Dr Baumgarten. The place was like a factory in the Cherry Hill location. I needed to get my CPAP equipment approved through medicare and needed a Dr's OK. I had to sign up to take an in house 2 night evaluation. That period took about 7 weeks. Then the office that gave me the in house test said I needed an in person sleep apnea evaluation. That also took 8 weeks. During the almost four months of going between tests I WAS TOTALLY UNABLE TO GET ANY RETURN CALLS FROM DR. BAUMGARTEN'S OFFICE. There were many many frustrating messages I left. I finally had to call and have the test location send me the sleep apnea test results because I was unable to get a return call from the Doctor's office. I actually sent the report to the place that sent out the equipment. They had to call the office for the Rx. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE PULMONARY & SLEEP ASSOCIATES OF SOUTH JERSEY. On Monday 1/24/2022, I left a message for a supervisor regarding getting some information on the "INSPIRE" procedure and also stated how upset I was at the lack of any return calls. I received a call within 2 hours of my message saying that I had to come in for an appointment for evaluation and they do the surgery for the inspire. I asked if I could pick up my records from them because I am changing to another Pulmanologist.

Our phones go off service at 8:30 am Monday - Friday? We generally start seeing patients at 7:30 am
