I have waited a full year post surgery to share my experience. I wanted to be sure, with my eye doctor, that Lasik was the right choice and the effects lasted. After my 1 year post op, my vision is 20/20 and I couldn't be happier. The entire team at Kremer is just wonderful. They do a really great job of walking you through your options, helping you understand the surgery and its financials, and inquiring on your feedback and reasoning for wanting to get it done. The surgeon, Dr. Hoffman, is just as good as it gets. I truly have no notes on how she could have improved my experience. The surgery, now one year out, has been successful. It is life changing to not have to worry about glasses/contacts every single day of my life. For the surgery itself, yes it is scary. It is very odd to be awake while life changing work is being done on your eyes. I was anxious when deciding to do it, especially anxious in the days leading up to the surgery, and very nervous the day of. Dr. Hoffman and her supporting staff had impeccable bed-side manner to keep my comfortable during this crazy process. After the surgery, while I was recuperating, Dr. Hoffman personally called me to make sure I was doing ok. The end to end experience was top class. Despite the costs and induced anxiety, i absolutely recommend it. If I could give Kremer in Cherry Hill over 5 stars, I would.

BE WARNED, LONG WAIT TIMES Until they stop overbooking patients, the lower rating will remain. The staff is overworked, and understaffed. However, Everything else about this place is great, easy, and helpful Very knowledgeable so far, ensured I needed to know everything I have to do and reassuring me about the LASIK/PRK procedure.

Awesome experience from the time I walked in the door for my appointment until I left after finishing up with scheduling. Everyone was truly professional. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. I would very highly recommend Kremer Eye Center to anyone who may need their services. Job well done.
