Self check in you have to place your license in a machine for it to scan. Then your name is on the list on the side of the TV in the lobby. After a few minutes wait they call you back and get you taken care of. Appointments were pretty easy to get and the location wasn't terrible.

Scheduled a finger printing appointment for 1130, I arrived around 1120 and was told the person who does the fingerprinting was on lunch and would be back in about 30 minutes. Why make an appointment if no one is there to take the appointment??? I'm writing this review while I wait in room 5 for the person to do my fingerprinting 🙄 horrible sevice
