I have been a long standing customer at Jordan A and saw the same stylist for many years. I have also referred several friends and colleagues to this establishment so the manner in which I was treated after my last visit is extremely appalling. I asked for my usual highlights with a strawberry blonde low light. While in the shampoo bowl having toner placed on my hair, my stylist asked another stylist why my hair was turning violet. Yes that's right PURPLE. She tried washing it out with another toner and assured me it was gone. She cut, dried and styled my hair in the usual fashion and I went home, after 4 hours of being there! When I pulled my hair up the next day for work, it was purple. Violet purple which is not acceptable at my place of employment. I called to try and get in with my stylist and the manager was extremely unaccommodating. He told me to wash it out with Dawn dish soap. I did not spend $160 to be told to wash it out with Dawn dish soap. I also asked for a partial refund, for the color only, not for my stylists hair cut or tip. The owner refused. I also sent him photos via text for him to see my hair and asked for a response back and he never called or responded. Needless to say I was so upset at the way I was treated and there was no accountability on their end and no attempt to make it right for me. It's sad that after so many years of being a very regular client, I was treated this poorly. Its obvious I was not valued and I will not return. I will also make it well known to my friends and colleagues to never use their services again.
