Very poor customer service experience, food not well done as ordered, some items missing from the order. We requested to speak to the manager on duty. He didn't say a word of apology. The most and worst experience ever experienced in my entire life. Even after reporting to the manager, no positive outcome.No more apple bees for me and my family.

Our waitress was so helpful, she made sure we never had an empty glass. My husband got the fish and chips (fries), the fish was good but the fries had way to much seasoning on them. I had the Asian Chicken Salad, the dressing was already on the salad and it was to much. They should just do the dressing on the side, let the custome put the dressing on.

The food is good and decently priced. The servers have been a bit distracted but with being short-handed that's expected. Everyone is very polite though!

Yes almost positive, they also had chairs and tables outside but they were covered with a canvas and chained up but it was after dark so maybe it was just for security sake.
I think the cooks get better wages because they dont get tips.
