You should check boro recreation dept website. I don't know if it can be reserved. Also have to be a boro resident to use pool or come in as a guest with a member.
You can go as a a guest of a resident $10 if you don’t live in the district
There isn’t a certain age but hat depends on you and how safe you feel the kids can be in the water by themselves
