I travel a lot for work and have people in my home who are immune compromised. Having access to a testing facility that is this efficient and accurate is a blessing. I have used many different facilities and GS Labs is the best I have found. Least wait cleanest appearance and very personal care/communication. I highly recommend them to everyone I know and you too.

I've been to this location multiple times now for multiple family members to get tested. It's a convenient location, it's generally not a challenge to get an appointment, the results arrive in 20-30 minutes on the Rapid Antigen Test, but their customer interaction leaves a lot to be desired. When making the appointment for each family member that has been tested I have to re-upload insurance cards and information (even though they are all the same) - there is no way to have that information copied from one person to another even though they are all under a single log-in (technology being what it is, this is not a difficult option to program in the database). When I have arrived at the testing site there is ALWAYS a wait. Despite having appointment times spaced 3 minutes apart and their ability to "interact" with about 6 customers at a given time, I have waited no less than 20 minutes to get to the front of the line each time - one day it was close to an hour wait. Today, I pulled-up and there were three cars waiting in one line, none in the other so I pulled to the front of the line - I waited 20 minutes before an employee would even acknowledge my presence meanwhile the other cars pulled away after 10 minutes leaving me as the only car waiting - when asked what my appointment time was, I told the employee and added, "and I've been waiting over 20 minutes in this exact spot" - there was not even acknowledgement from the employee about my wait. it was then another 20 minutes before the test was complete. So plan 40 minutes to an hour if you come for a test here. The check-in system seems a bit archaic - even though you are required to have an appointment where you have given them all of your contact information, insurance information, and vaccination information, the employee has a blank paper form they need to fill-out, so they ask you all of those questions all over again. I'm not sure why a simple name and birth date couldn't get them to find your information in a list - they could do away with a lot of paper waste this way, too. The nurses have all been kind, despite the nature of the task (having to stick a swab up your nose) and they provide plenty of information to assure that you know what to expect from the experience and when you can expect your results. I've even watched their kindness with other people being tested including small children (I can't imagine that is an easy task at all). It's unfortunate that the "log-in" procedure to make an appointment is a pain and that the initial "check-in" upon arrival is always a wait. Those two pieces make what could be an otherwise decent experience something I dread.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews before my appointment and I was so nervous it was going to be a nightmare. I even considered cancelling, but what other option do I have to be tested? I’m glad I didn’t cancel - I had a wonderful experience! I was able to find parking immediately, there were several open spots. An employee directed me to a spot. Within 5 minutes they came to check me in and told me to turn my hazards on to signify I was “checked in.” What a simple non verbal cue to the others who were doing the swabs! I was early for my appointment time because I was expecting a line to get in the lot. I was swabbed within 4 minutes of my actual appointment, which I find very reasonable. It seems like they had a good system going to get everyone taken care of promptly. Everyone who I interacted with was very kind and helpful - information was communicated throughly and easily. I got my results within 2 hours, which I was also impressed by since I had an appointment towards the end of their day. Finding an appointment time was also reasonable - I was able to get in within 3 days of scheduling. If I am in need again, I would definitely return to GS Labs to be tested!

Outstanding! Due to the large increase in those desiring a test, there was a line and it took some time to get my test. The staff checking us in was pleasant and professional. Our nurse was AWESOME. She took time to explain what she was doing, she was careful, and she was very nice. Great Job! Thank you GS Labs.

When you made your appointment you set up an account. I was able to go into my account and verify my email as well as view the rapid test results.

You have to go to the website. Register and choose a slot. Come a bit early. If the parking lot is full, expect to wait up to an hour AFTER your schedule time. They are only so many and can only go so fast. But they are the only ones that seem to be available for rapid and antibody testing. Good luck and stay healthy!
