How many times do you walk out of any repair shop these days paying LESS than you expected? My wife and I visited A-1 last Monday convinced that we needed a new outer bag for our Kirby Legend II. We used to have a dog and the dog hair odor from the bag was finally too much to be patient with. The shop owner convinced us otherwise. We walked out paying $19.25 instead of the $100 to $150 we were expecting. Tony, the owner, said he doesn't like to sell people anything they don't need. That's an honest businessman and I wanted to let you all know. Thank you, Tony!

I found this business on google and the reviews did NOT disappoint. The owner was professional, quick, affordable, and most importantly honest! I thought I was going to need a new vacuum. After about 15 minutes and a cleaning, my vacuum was running and looking like brand new! Customer for life here!

Friendly and professional service, this gentleman knows vacuums! Family business for two generations I believe. I’ve had an old Hoover serviced there for very reasonable charge. While he can keep these vacuums going, I was wanting something more efficient and far less heavy. He spent time showing features of various machines, pointing out pros/cons and did not try to up-sell or pressure. I bought a Ricca vacuum and I love it, high quality, durable on board tools with extra length for reaching. Best part is no more cycling through cheap vacuums, if I need service, I’m confident that I will get fair and fine service at A1.

Tony has always been the best vacuum repairman in Omaha. Believe me, I have been to others and he is top notch. I have my own cleaning business so sometimes I am in quick need of a repair or part and I can rely on his services 100%! He is very fair and honest as well.
