One woman seems to be there each time I go in, and I believe her name is Berryl (or something similar). She is so kind each and every time I am there. What inspired my making this post is that I was there yesterday at about 4:00 and the store closed at 3:00. The door was not locked so I opened it to see....and she was there doing some work and told me the store was closed but she would be happy to still take me. Even though it was after hours, she did not seem upset at all that I was there and actually was so pleasant to me. I really appreciate her taking me because I did not want to make another trip the next day. Thank you!

This is a review about UPS, not this store, but there is no way to leave a review for UPS in general. I'm hoping the bad review will encourage the store to tell the company to stop abusing customers. I was trying to schedule a delivery. It took an incredibly long time to get through the process. It showed $11.75. Then offered package pick up. no mention of an extra charge. When I scheduled a pick up, it automatically charged my credit card for over $23.60. I then spent over two hours trying to cancel it, but UPS is set up to only give you the run around. The people at this store were as helpful as they could be, but UPS works against them as well. This company is committing FRAUD, and needs to be shut down.
