Usually on the hour but can vary. When it’s busy they do it usually ever hour. If it’s not busy I think they slack a little.

I think it was a misunderstanding. If it's a policy I'm unaware of it since I sometimes have more than my two kids and I know a lot of people who have 3 kids. Ask for Alice next time. She runs the pool.
