I love my jeep, hate that I bought it here. I feel like the salesman (who admitted he was new to Jeeps) just made up answers if he didn't know. I was lied to, maybe not on purpose, but it still happened. When I returned to find out why I didn't have the functions I was told my jeep had, the sales manager made me feel even worse by telling me I should have done more research. He did however ask if he can make it a bit right by changing some stuff... BUT IT WOULD BE OUT OF MY POCKET! I will go to Fury now. See ya. (Service was nice though)

Had a wheel problem. Rich and Angie took care if it. I decided that day I would buy another Jeep based on the service experience I receive there. Is there a better car? Maybe. Will I get the same service? Not likely. I just wish they'd stop sneaking around my house; creepy.

I recently purchased a Jeep from the Barnett staff and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. By the time I walked into Barnett, I had been on the car hunt for a little over a month and was ready to either purchase or go back to the drawing board. I was there to see a specific Jeep that I had seen online. I was so impressed with the fact that when I mentioned what car I was interested in, there was no pause or empty stare, my salesman (Dan Graham) knew exactly the car, info, mileage, EVERYTHING that I needed to know about that exact car. Given that I had already known all of that stuff since I had been hunting for awhile, but I definitely noticed that he was confident in his ability to give me the information I needed to make a decision. Dan was especially great at giving me Jeep specific information & pointing things out on the car that made the experience feel more detailed & knowledgeable. Dan & the Barnett team made it painless & easy to trade-in my old car, fill out paperwork & get into my new car in a couple hours! When I went back to get my license plates, Dan was there and ready to help install them. Barnett is BEST! I will definitely be going to them for all my Jeep needs now & in the future !

Since the moment I walked in Nicholas Portal? I dont think I spelled his last name correctly but he was very helpful and listened to my wants and needs. Mr.Barnett is such a kind and wonderful person, he made sure I left happy. They were very patient with me and showed me a lot of cars until I decided on one.
