I was afraid...on arrival the parking lot was full of trucks and new machines coming in. I walked in to find a wooden pallet right smack in my way. Ok wth, I was just there to dry one batch of clothes. Much to my surprise several dryer's were missing and others burnt. Apparently we had a fire here. Smelt bad. Doesn't seem safe here.Hi Sandy, yes - we did get 6 new dryers and one new giant washer. We had a fire last year and our new machines finally came this week. When you replace a dryer, you have to pull out the old one before putting in the new one. I'm not sure why us replacing the dryers made you feel unsafe. We would love for you to visit us again on a normal day (when we aren't replacing equipment) and you can see how safe our store really is.

Spectacular place, totally dig it. Nice & quiet, no one bothering you. Employees get their jobs done, aren't afraid or too lazy to approach & help you if needed & that's that, I really like this laundry mat.

Need work on washers and dryers. Sign says going replace all machines. By October.Hi Sheri, Our delivery date is 10/18 and today is the 3rd of October. It says new driers are coming. Not washers, those are new but we will be getting another giant washer (80#) We’ve been on order and patiently waiting for suppliers like everyone else. Did you have a bad experience today? Tell us why we were 3 stars besides not hitting our delivery date. Our washers are new and up and running.
