Yes. The employees are very helpful if they are on site to make change and break larger bills if you need to and there is also a change machine. All of the washers and dryers also take credit/debit cards (VERY convenient if you either forgot cash/change or run out)
Detergent pods did not devolve - did not see any water in either machine - clothes and pods get stuck in the lip or rim in side machine - I feel it was a complete waste of time and money.
What option do I have if the washer I need has clothes in them? I go there to wash dog beds and rugs the 8 loader saves me money but on 3 occasions they had clothes in them for over an hour. This bothers me because then I have to use multiple smaller ones.
