Walked in, said 42 minute wait, turned into 2 hrs. She was very unprofessional in her explanation of why. Don't waste your time with this place. Check in at 11:30,seen at 1:47,she also took a 50 min lunch not the half hour the sign advertised. Her name was Hannah oleary, probably not well suited for this job. Very rude.

Extremely dis appointed with service at this location - registered on line and was told a time to show up . Arrived prior to time told to show up and was now told I needed to wait another 1 hours and 45 minutes because they needed to change their lunch schedule. I already changed mine only to bet this poor service. I will not go back to this location they need serious help in management.

Wish to give them 0 Stars. Went on 3/27/2019 with my wife having flu like symptoms and registered to be seen. After waiting for over an hour , the attending person removed our name and refused to see us claiming it is too late although it was 7:10 and they close at 7:30. And she did that rudely and disrespectfully. Worst experience ever.

I’ve had only good experiences when I’ve visited this clinic. People need to calm down when visiting places like this and understand what they are getting. The PA is also the receptionist so they need time to take your information and insurance information so let them do that. Working in the medical field myself I completely understand where they are coming from and others need to give them some slack. You should also gauge when the right time to go is so you aren’t stuck waiting around forever. I will continue to come here when I feel I don’t need to see my regular physician or urgent care may be a bit extreme in the current case.
